Chicken fillet - 500 g (2 pcs.)
Smoked bacon - 150 g
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
Honey - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt - 0.5 tsp (to taste)

This original appetizer can be prepared on any table. Baked chicken sticks in bacon are convenient to eat, they are tasty and original. Thanks to the quick marination with soy sauce, honey and mustard, the chicken fillet is soft and juicy, and the outside is crispy fragrant bacon. Delicious!
Prepare all ingredients. Use fresh, not frozen chicken fillet, so the finished snack will be juicier.
Cut the chicken fillet into long strips along the fibers, about 2-3 cm wide. I managed to cut each fillet into 4-5 strips.
Squeeze 1 tbsp from a quarter of a lemon. a spoonful of juice.
For marinade, combine soy sauce, honey, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt (depending on the saltiness of the soy sauce) and pepper mixture, stir to combine.

Place the chicken meat in a bowl, add half of the marinade and mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Wrap each piece of chicken fillet in a strip of smoked bacon.
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush generously with the remaining marinade on top.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the chicken in bacon in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, until cooked and golden brown (be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
Chicken fillet, baked in bacon, fits absolutely to any table - both as an appetizer for beer, and as a main course, and as a snack on the road.
The recipe is so simple and interesting that I cook it for almost any holiday. And always this appetizer disappears from the table first!
Tender and juicy chicken meat in crispy bacon - men will definitely appreciate it!
